This policy explains what heyrigmate.com collects and why. RigMate is a product of Teranga Ventures LLC (“we”).

What we collect on this site

• What you type in our forms (waitlist, tester application, fleet or contact request, gift): your email address and, if you give them, your name, phone number, message, the type of driving you do, your country, your phone model, your headset, and gift details (names, emails, message, delivery date).
• Your language and theme choice, stored only in your own browser (local storage).

What we do not do

• No tracking cookies, no advertising trackers, no Google Analytics.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Our host measures visits without cookies, in aggregate.

Why we use it

To manage the waitlist and tester program, answer your messages, prepare your gift, and email you about RigMate. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

The RigMate app

RigMate is designed privacy first: your data stays on your phone, with an optional backup. The app’s own privacy notice will give full details at launch.

How long we keep it

We keep your form data while it is useful for the purpose above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time: privacy@heyrigmate.com.

Children

This site is meant for adults and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
